Warranty & Returns

1-year warranty

Every device we sell has a 1-year SilkenLume warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing faults, for example the device does not switch on, does not heat up, does not flash or does not charge.

If your device develops a fault, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the problem. We will repair or replace it.

Not covered

Damage from drops, water or misuse.
Devices that have been opened or repaired by someone else.
Normal wear of an IPL lamp after its rated number of flashes.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a video. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Change of mind

Unused devices in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the device, we refund the full product price.
